We have numerous updates that are currently not posted on our website.  To get the latest data and research visit the L. F. Nexus Think Tank.

We serve the entire community of man.  We represent a new vision for the community of psychiatric professionals.  We reject secularism, humanism, atheism, and agnosticism.  We approach the whole person, not just the mind and the body, but the mind, the body, and the spirit.  We practice safe psychiatry.  We practice Pneumiatric Psychiatry.

The United States Psychiatric Association was established in 1960 as the National Psychiatric Association.  The association was founded to combat failures and abuses on the part of a number of medical, psychiatric, psychological, and other behavioral science organizations.

One of the most blatant abuses on record is that of the American Psychiatric Association, which has rejected the scientific method in the classification of mental illness.  Before we continue, we want to commend past members of the American Psychiatric Association for the contributions they have made over the past more than 160 years to the field of psychiatry and, through those contributions, to the health and welfare of the American public.  In addition, today’s American Psychiatric Association, in spite of its many failings, may still manage to do some good.

The most notable example of the APA’s rejection of the scientific method is their termination of the explicit, not implicit, classification of the homosexual lifestyle as a mental illness.  The APA’s action was widely publicized through two broadcasts of an episode of the television program “Law  & Order,” which aired on Friday, November 26, 2004, the day after Thanksgiving, and Sunday, December 26, 2004, the day after Christmas, both on the cable channel TNT.  The episode included information that the removal of the explicit classification of the homosexual lifestyle as a mental illness by the APA was a political decision and a “social policy decision” and not the result of the application of the scientific method.  We note that this change in explicit classification occurred after a number of homosexuals became a part of the leadership of the APA.  Keep in mind that the implicit classification of the homosexual lifestyle as a mental illness is still retained by the American Psychiatric Association.  This allows the individual psychiatrist to decide for themself whether they will treat homosexuality as a mental illness.  Note that, as of this update, 75% of American psychiatrists and 74% of the world’s psychiatrists continue to regard the homosexual lifestyle as a mental illness.

The United States (National) Psychiatric Association has no agenda for or against any individual or group.  However, we are vehemently against the shredding of the scientific method, as is conspicuously the case in regard to the APA’s actions.

The American Psychiatric Association is also failing in the area of psychotropic drugs (drugs that act on the brain).  The APA recommends too many psychotropic drugs for too many people.  The 2004 Crosshairs Report of the American Pharmaceutical Standards Institute states that more than half of all drugs/medications, including psychotropic drugs, used in the United States are totally unnecessary.

DSM-IV-PA

The United States (National) Psychiatric Association subscribes to the Pneumiatry Institute’s revision of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR (Text Revision).  The revision is titled Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR (Text Revision) With Pneumiatric Annotations and DSM-IV-PADSM-IV-PA restores the explicit classification of the homosexual lifestyle as a mental illness.  The implicit classification was never removed.

Strategic Policy Shift

After extensive analysis of the activities and functions of the American Psychiatric Association, we have decided that we would be throwing out the baby with the bath water to continue our total opposition to this organization.  Instead, we are only going to oppose those functions and organizational entities within the American Psychiatric Association that promote perversion; specifically, homosexuality.

To this end, the United States (National) Psychiatric Association has now “logically annexed” the good parts of the American Psychiatric Association to its organization.  You may contact the United States (National) Psychiatric Association and/or the L. F. Nexus Think Tank for information about what individuals and organizational entities within the American Psychiatric Association you can trust.  Note that our new policy does not nullify past criticism of the American Psychiatric Association by us and the L. F. Nexus Think Tank.

The key thing to remember is this:

Do not trust any individual or organizational entity within the American Psychiatric Association without checking with us and/or the L. F. Nexus Think Tank first and do not support the American Psychiatric Association financially.

Once the United States (National) Psychiatric Association has surpassed the American Psychiatric Association in power and prestige, we will discontinue any and all support of the American Psychiatric Association.

Following are links to some of the content on the American Psychiatric Association website at http://psych.org.  We are providing these links so that you can judge for yourself some of what the APA has to offer and, remember, the APA is no novice when it comes to public relations.  They know how to put on a good face without revealing what really goes on behind the scenes.
